韓國媒體不經證實就報導朴有天的新聞，以此傷害一個人的名譽與人格，傷害了一個人基本人權，新聞有報導自由，但要有證據，且應該要堅持真實客觀公平的報導。所以我為韓國這些日子以來媒體的報導感到憤怒及遺憾!

Park Yoochun is an South Korean singer and actor, member of JYJ and he is managed by C-JeS Entertainment.

On June 10, 2016, an anonymous woman submitted her petition to the Seoul's police that she was a rape victim by Park Yoochun. 4 days later, she withdrawal-ed her petition with no reason. In the process of investigating, Seoul's police hasn't summoned Park Yoochun yet.

There is a paradox occurred, Korean's journalists and electronic media has known the information before C-JeS Entertainment by posting rumors on the online forums about celebrities in South Korea. 

C-JeS Entertainment has informed 5 official announcements about this, they haven't received any summon order from the police yet. But they confirmed that Park Yoochun is willing to co-operate with the police to investigate all the information clearly. 

The Constitution of South Korea, CHAPTER Ⅱ about Rights and Duties of the Citizens confirmed that '' All citizens shall enjoy personal liberty. No person shall be arrested, detained, searched, seized, or interrogated except as provided by Act. No person shall be punished, placed under preventive restrictions, or subject to involuntary labor except as provided by Act and through lawful procedures.'' 

And the Article 70 (Penal Provisions) of South Korea's law system confirmed: 
(1) A person who commits defamation of another person by disclosing a fact to the public through an information and communications network purposely to disparage his/her reputation shall be punished by imprisonment, with or without prison labor, for not more than three years, or by fine not exceeding 20 million won.
(2) A person who commits defamation of another person by disclosing a false fact to the public through an information and communications network purposely to disparage his/her reputation shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than seven years, by suspension of qualification for not more than ten years, or by fine not exceeding 50 million won.
(3) The public prosecution may not prosecute the crime under paragraph (1) or (2) against the victim's will explicitly manifested.

So if the South Korea's media continue posting information about the investigation, they have to provide certain and clear witness to prove Yoochun guilty. If they cannot supply all those evidences as they're doing now, they have to stop posting their rumors about this. If they are not willing to do that, their sins of slander will be judge in front of the justice of Supreme People's Court of South Korea.
